M-GAD holds approximately 1.2 million square feet of office and flex properties located in suburban Detroit, one of the 10 largest commercial real estate markets in the US. M-GAD's portfolio contains 18 buildings: two 16-story office/flex properties. All properties are located within the Dearborn submarket of the Detroit USA.

Parklane Towers are two symmetrical multi-tenant office towers (East and West) joined by a single-story plaza. The towers are located in the heart of the Fairlane community, a world-class mixed-use development. The tower, located just north of the Ford Motor Company Headquarters, stands 16 stories high and offers excellent exposure to the Southfield Freeway.


Parklane Towers were constructed from 1971-1972 and were renovated in 1994, 2007, and 2019. The towers have a vertical band glass Curtin wall system and pre-cast concrete panel exterior walls. The buildings have efficient 16,837 square foot floor plates that can accommodate smaller tenants as well as larger multi-floor tenants who require 50,000 square feet or more.


The Parkland Towers total 489,610 square feet of rentable space.

FAIRLANE COMMERCE PARK NORTH

The Fairlane Commence Park North sub-portfolio consists of 11 office/flex buildings located in Fairline Commerce Park North. Fairline Commerce Park North is a 30-building business park bounded by Rotunda Drive to the south, Greenfiled Road to the west, and the Penn Central Rail Lane arcing the north and east boundaries.


The 11 buildings are single-story office/flex with masonry exterior walls. The buildings range in size from 21,600 square feet to 53,400 square feet and are primarily 1990s construction. The buildings are flexible in terms of build-out (easily converted to office/warehouse) and serve as both single- and multi-tenant facilities. The buildings have 16’ to 18’ clear height in warehouse areas.


The sub-porfolio totals 416,056 square feet.

GULLEY ROAD INDUSTRIAL PARK

Gulley Road Industrial Park consists of five flex buildings located on the east side of Gulley Road, just south of Michigan Avenue.


The five buildings range in size from 11,610 to 50,350 square feet. The buildings, which are 1990s construction, have masonry and limited standing seam metal panel exterior walls. They have 18’ clear heights in the warehouse areas. 


The Gulley industrial Park totals 154,360 square feet.
